Where’s Waldo – Level 4 | Festival Chaos

The crowd is louder here and the chaos never settles. Music, costumes, parades, swimmers, and strange creatures popping out of nowhere — everything in this place is trying to pull your attention in ten different directions at once.

This is a festival like no other. Giant floats roll through the streets while dancers spin around them. Some people are dressed as animals. Others wear tall hats and colorful masks. There are food stalls, stages, and games happening everywhere you look. The whole scene is bursting with energy.

Waldo slipped into the festival earlier today, hoping to enjoy the noise without being noticed. But with so many crazy costumes and bright outfits, his red-and-white stripes actually help him blend in. Odlaw, of course, followed him like a shadow, weaving through people and hiding whenever someone turned around.

Somewhere in the middle of this swirling mess, Waldo is waving at the wrong moment. Odlaw is lurking just a few steps from trouble. Both of them blend into the colors, shapes, and characters dancing across the scene.

Finding them here means tuning out the madness for a second and catching the tiny clues they leave behind. The festival is not slowing down, and neither should you.

Tips for Finding Everyone in Level 4

• Only 2 characters to find this time. Waldo and Odlaw — no Wizard or Wenda in this level.
• The costumes are tricky. Many festival-goers wear red, white, yellow, and black. Do not be fooled by costumes that look similar to Waldo or Odlaw.
• Odlaw's face is different. Even if his colors blend in, Odlaw has a sneaky expression and a dark mustache. Look for his face, not just his stripes.
• Ignore the big distractions. Giant floats and costumed dancers are designed to grab your eye. The characters hide in the quieter parts of the scene.
• Try zooming into the middle areas. The festival scene is thick in the center. Characters often hide where there are the most people.
